LETTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mother's Day Radio (MDR) works to cultivate a space of respect that acknowledges the innate greatness of humanity; a space that honors the value all people. MDR upholds our worth as human beings by empowering communities and engendering respect through responsible media solutions.

Imagine the Staples Center filled to capacity with teens for which media violence does not translate to partner violence. Our youth deserve the opportunity to see their positive and unlimited potential reflected in mainstream media on a regular basis. Through an organized and consistent community effort, we can bring about social change and media reform. Your support and involvement is always welcomed.

I am ready to tell stories of our peace, of our exquisite joy in supporting one another—male and female, young and old—in maximizing our limitless potential as beautiful human beings. I am ready for us to marvel at our accomplishments, shared progress toward peace, positive and powerful human interactions, and unlimited creativity.
